Recruiting Process

  • Workers demand from employer

    Before any processing of recruitment, the demand from the employer will be received. As per demand of employee the process of recruitment starts.

  • Demand attestation processing (Embassy of Nepal and local chamber of commerce)

    To start recruitment the demand of employee should be attested in embassy of Nepal and in local chamber of commerce. During attestation of demand following documents are need:

    • Demand Letter
    • Power of Attorney
    • Guarantee Letter
    • Agency agreement
  • Pre-Permissions request to labor department

    The recruitment agencies should request for the pre-permission approval to Department of Foreign Employment.

  • Advertisement

    After approved the pre-approval from Department of Foreign Employment the advertisement will be placed in National Daily Newspaper as per requirement of the company.

  • Interview

    During interview of candidate following step are done:

    • Application: Application form of the employer/recruiting agency will be fill up by interested candidate within the specified time period.
    • Pre-interview /bio screening and short list: The pre-interview and shortlist have done by recruitment agency. All the candidates are pre-bio screened and short list will be ready for final interview.
    • Final Interview/Interview by company delegates: The pre-interviewed shortlist candidate will be referred to the final interview by the company delegates.
    • Selection of Candidate (Employee): The Candidate are selected by the delegates of the company and Final selected candidate are list for further processing for recruitment.
  • Medical and bio-matric test

    The final selected candidates are referred for medical tests by the recruitment agency.

  • Documents Submission for visa processing

    The medical fit candidates are proceeded for the visa processing.

  • Visa/visa Verification

    The Company/Employer will make the working visa for candidates and makes visa verification letter if it requires.

  • Orientation classes by Nepal Government

    The working visa received candidates will take orientation classes by authorized institution.

  • Final Labor Approval

    Department of foreign employment verifies and approves candidates for final labor approval.

  • Pre-Departure Briefing

    The foreign employment consultant of recruiting agency will give pre-departure briefing.

  • Deployment

    After completing all the above process, the candidates will finally be deployed to respective countries for the employment.
